Architecture

Miami Riverbridge was designed for an evolving city and its people, and the team at Arquitectonica carefully optimized the site to create spaces and places that responded responsibly to the needs and wishes of Miamians now and for generations to come.

  • At the heart of the plan: a user-friendly and accessible site that enlarges open space and enhances the riverfront for all.
  • A public promenade along the riverfront provides green space and a terraced entrance to restaurants.

Arrival Enhanced

The design proposes a large, multimodal drop-off that is internal to the site and has views and direct access to the Miami River.

  • Pedestrians coming from the sidewalk on SE 2nd Avenue arrive through a grand gateway; from there, they descend to the riverfront or access the tower and meeting spaces.
  • The drop-off takes cars off the street with internal queuing.

Riverbridge Podium

The podium rises gracefully from 30 to 130 feet above the arrival drop-off. The podium’s façade is articulated with a series of balconies that face the Miami River and Biscayne Bay.

  • The podium roof is home to two outdoor pools, event spaces and a variety of residential amenities.
  • Podium balconies extend indoor meeting spaces to the outdoors, a bonus for meeting-goers. The balconies create shade and reduce heat gain while maximizing natural daylight.
  • 1,100 parking spaces will be built into the center of the podium volume.

Riverbridge Skybridge

Towers One and Two of Miami Riverbridge are connected by a spectacular Skybridge that creates a monumental gateway visible from all directions. It’s a true landmark.

  • The towers are positioned to maximize frontage on the riverfront and views. Exterior terraces offer 360-degree views of Downtown and looking out to Biscayne Bay.
  • Tower Three will include a roof top pool deck that also offers 360-degree views of the city skyline.
